Our Fate
Let us disturb the peace of that which is too in control.
We linger in shadows now,
hiding our faces from the sun that burns us to life.
For the soul desires destruction and death.
We are but in the hands of God!
So let us be there, without these walls we've built.
Tie me down, so that I do not destroy myself!
That! is the mentality of the white man,
afraid of his unreason.
He shouts out!
Let us preserve our bodies and control our fates,
then when we lay,
still upon our death beds,
we may look back, to see the lives we never lived.
